On December 21-22, the 2022 China International Battery Swapping Vehicle Industry Forum & 2022 China International Swapping Battery Mode Industry Forum was held in Ruili Hotel, Shanghai Auto City. UUGreenPower was invited to attend the event and delivered an insightful keynote speech.
The events were co-hosted by China Charging Pile Network, ChinaEV100, EVChargeOnline and other organizations, and undertaken by Shanghai Heli Exhibitions. During the two-day forum, there were other events including Golden Brick Battery Swapping Forum and Battery Swapping Technology Award of the year 2022.
Experts and practitioners such solution providers, operators, academic experts, industry associations, and technology providers from various organizations including government departments, battery swapping industries of heavy trucks, private cars, taxis, grid car-hailing, logistics vehicles, mixer trucks, tractors, and two-wheel trams, energy storage industry, and charging module industry, gathered to share new trends and technologies in the industry and showcase the best application cases.
At present, there are new opportunities in the EV battery swapping industry. Battery swapping is becoming the new solution to the energy supplement problem existing in electric vehicles at this stage. With incentive policies from the government and investment flourishing in the industry, the battery swapping industry is in a golden period of development.
As one of the earliest players providing high-efficiency charging technology for battery swapping stations and a high-tech enterprise, UUGreenPower has successively launched various charging module products and charging solutions for passenger cars, commercial vehicles and other kinds of vehicle. The high-power charging module products of different technical routes have been successfully developed to meet the needs of customers in the battery swapping station market.
At the BRICS, UUGreenPower exhibited two blockbuster products, the 40kW high-efficiency SiC charging module and the 30kW charging module with IP65 protection level. They attracted many professional visitors to the booth for consultation and visiting.
The 40kW high-efficiency SiC charging module supports an ultra-wide voltage range of 300-1000V at constant power output with the peak efficiency greater than 97%, supporting battery swapping station upgrades to greater capacity and higher efficiency. The 40kW module has the structural design of the same size with the 30kW module. And it is convenient for the smooth expansion of the power station.
Another product is 30kW charging module with IP65 protection level adopting the independent air duct design. It is specially designed for commercial vehicles such as heavy trucks, mining trucks, and engineering vehicles. In harsh application environments, the high protection features are more obvious. It ensures long-term, stable and reliable operation of the charging system of the battery swapping station, with an extremely low failure rate, ensures the efficiency of battery swapping, and increases the income of the swapping station. The isolation design of components from air ducts avoids potential fire hazards and meets the fire protection requirements of the battery swapping station.
With customer-oriented principle and leading technology, UUGreenPower received the Battery Swapping Technology Award of the Year 2022 in Golden Brick Battery Swapping Forum after a series of serious competitions.
During the 2-day event, UUGreenPower Product Center general manager and industry expert Mr.Cai shared his insights on battery swapping technology and industry development prediction.
He comprehensively expounded the development trend of battery swapping stations, shared the exploration history of UUGreenPower in the field of charging technology for the new generation of battery swapping stations, reflected deeply about the difficulties faced by the current swapping station development, and proposed product solutions with different technical routes.
