On June 14-16, 2023,  UUGreenPower made a grand debut with the EV full-scenario DC fast charging solution at the Power2Drive Europe exhibition in Munich, Germany, competing with outstanding companies in the global new energy industry on the same stage to jointly promote the construction of global charging infrastructure and discuss future.

Power2Drive Europe focuses on the world of smart energy, accelerates the transformation of global new energy to smart energy, and promotes the sustainable development of electric vehicles in the future. As one of the exchange platforms for equipment, it is also known as the top event in the global new energy vehicle and charging industry.

UUGreenPower exhibited four DC fast charging solutions, including high-power DC charging solution, wallbox DC charging solution, V2G interactive solution and energy storage charging solution. Among them, the new products of 22kW wallbox DC module, 40kW SiC charging module and 40kW/60kW liquid-cooling charging modules made their debut in the European market, which aroused the interest and attention of industry customers, and there was an endless stream of professional visitors who came to the booth for communication and consultation.

In the High-power DC Charging Solution sector, UUGreenPower exhibited IP20 direct ventilation 30kW/30kW-VPFC/40kW-SiC charging modules and IP65 independent air duct 30kW/40kW charging modules. Among them, the new 40kW SiC high efficiency charging module using SiC MOSFEST has a maximum efficiency of more than 97%. It is the same size as the 30kW of the same series, which is convenient for pile design and power iteration, and its overall performance is at the leading level in the industry.

The 30kW/40kW charging modules with IP65 protection level and independent air duct on display adopt unique heat dissipation technology, improving the protection level of the module. The IP65 protection level design makes the charging pile strongly reliable and has the maintenance-free characteristic. It is able to easily cope with high humidity and high salt in European coastal areas and the harsh working environment full of fog.

The new 40kW/60kW liquid-cooled charging modules were also exhibited on site. The maximum efficiency of the liquid-cooling charging module exceeds 97%. The market demands for the popularization and application of high power charger piles.

The Wallbox DC Charging Solution sector exhibited 22kW wallbox DC module pack product. It was designed for destination charging scenarios, by bringing new design concepts and integration solutions to charging pile. Compared with other wallbox DC charging module products on the market, UUGreenPower 22kW wallbox DC charging module has comprehensive leading advantages in protection level, pile design, development cycle, demand customization, failure rate, integrability, noise control and service life.

As for the V2G interactive products, UUGreenPower exhibited 7kW/11kW V2G charging module products suitable for the micro-grids in Europe. The product supports bidirectional charging/discharging between electric vehicles and the power grids, with high protection level of IP65 and low noise of less than 55dB , with stable and reliable operation, and five-year maintenance-free characteristics. It helps to realize orderly charging, and operators improve commercial efficiency.

There are also a number of hit products on display in the storage and charging solution sector. For industrial and commercial energy storage scenarios, there are also optical storage and charging (DC coupling) scenarios, and mobile storage and charging application scenarios, 20kW/30kW dual-input ACDC modules and 30kW DCDC, 30kW ACDC bidirectional charging module and other products.

At present, the penetration rate of new energy vehicles in the world is rapidly increasing. According to the data of the International Energy Agency (IEA), it is estimated that by 2030, the sales volume of new energy vehicles in the world will reach 70 million, the number of vehicles will reach 380 million, and the market penetration rate is expected to reach 60%. In the charging and swapping market, the ratio of public vehicles to piles in the United States will be about 16:1 in 2022, and that in Europe will be about 14:1. There is an obvious gap between EV and charging piles, and improving charging infrastructure has become a priority.
