At present, most charging piles use IP20 direct air charging module, which can not meet the demand of high-quality development requirement of charging infrastructure. During the operation, the IP20 charging module will inevitably bring a large amount of dust, water and salt mist in the air into the charging module and erode the components. Therefore, the failure rate of the charging pile will continuously increase year by year. At the same time, the direct air charging module completely relies on the fan for heat dissipation, and produces great noise during the operation, which affects the charging experience of EV owners and the life of surrounding residents.

40kW Liquid Cooling Module

In 2022, UUGreenPower is the first to launch a 40kW liquid cooling charging module. The product adopts of coolant and electricity separation technology, integrates the latest power electronics technology, and has unique advantages of charging efficiency, protection level, silent operation, safety and reliability and other aspects.

Liquid cooling module adopts SiC power components, the peak efficiency> 97% with IP65 protection level, safe and reliable. Zero noise design, intelligent alarm and protection mechanism, the design lifespan is greater than 10 years, which can greatly improve the charging efficiency, solve the noise problem, reduce operation and maintenance costs, and meet the current construction needs of liquid cooling supercharging pile.

Liquid Cooling Supercharge Solution

The 320kW/720kW liquid cooling supercharge solution proposed by UUGreenPower adopts the new liquid cooling technology, and the core power unit adopts the 40kW/60kW liquid cooling charging module developed by UUGreenPower. the product service life far exceeds the IP20 direct air charging module. Also, with IP65 protection level, stable and reliable operation, can save the maintenance costs afterwards; The efficiency of the power cabinet reaches 95%+, which improves the operation efficiency of the station.

The main power cabinet is 720kW with 9 outlets; Supports the mixing of liquid cooling terminal and natural cooling terminal; the main power cabinet equipped  with liquid cooling terminal can deliver up to 600kW power output, with ultra-wide range of 150-1000V voltage, can cover the almost all the models of electric vehicles on the market.

Liquid cooling module and liquid cooling supercharging system can be deployed to a variety of scenarios, such as s highway service area, urban transportation hub, PV energy storage charging/discharging demonstration station ,  and auto maker self-built supercharging station.
